Welcome Camille!

camilleCamille Belliard, currently pursuing an engineering degree in biotechnology at ENSTBB (Bordeaux INP), started a 4-months summer internship in our lab (June-September 2025).

Welcome!

Camille will work with Lucas and Agnes on reprogramming T1D patient fibroblasts into iPSC and their differentiation into stem-cell (SC)-islets.

Camille will be trained in cellular and molecular biology techniques, including cell culture (fibroblasts, iPSC colonies), transfection (nucleofection), reprogramming,  immunofluorescent staining, large-scale imaging (dragonfly) and confocal microscopy, image analysis (Imaris), in vitro differentiation.

Update September 2025

Camille, together with Agnes and Lucas managed to reprogram one patient line and 2 more pending selection in the coming days. Below are some illustrative images of their work: an iPSC colony stained for pluripotency markers and subsequent differentiation into pancreatic progenitors clusters.
